We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist III (LCSW) who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families. What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health Therapist III, you will provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a collaborative care environment where medical and behavioral health professionals work together to support the whole person.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting behavioral health assessments and establishing diagnoses
• Developing individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Providing counseling and therapeutic interventions to children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Supporting patients in achieving self-management and wellness goals
• Responding to behavioral health crises and coordinating appropriate interventions
• Collaborating with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Assisting patients in managing chronic medical and behavioral health conditions
• Referring patients to specialized services when needed
• Providing education and support to patients, families, and staff
• Maintaining timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical skills with genuine compassion and a commitment to serving others.
Required Qualifications
• Master's Degree in Social Work
• Current Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) credential
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in integrated primary care or community health settings
• Experience working with underserved or diverse populations
• Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are welcomed
