Lead - Nurse 2 School Based Clinics (Fayette County)

HealthFirst Bluegrass is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead RN to support the daily operations of our School-Based Health Program at William Wells Brown Elementary. This role combines clinical excellence, team coordination, community partnership, and leadership to help ensure students have access to high-quality healthcare services where they need them most.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate daily clinic operations, staff workflows, and patient care activities.
• Provide direct nursing support and assist providers in delivering exceptional care.
• Foster strong partnerships with school personnel, families, and community organizations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, compliance efforts, and program performance goals.
• Lead team huddles, coordinate outreach events, and contribute to the continued growth of our school-based health services.
• Help create a positive, collaborative environment focused on improving the health and well-being of students and families.

What You'll Bring
• Active Kentucky RN license.
• BSN with 3 years of nursing experience, or ADN with 5 years of related nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for community health, collaboration, and serving children and families.
