Are you energetic, compassionate, and passionate about serving children and families? Join our School-Based Health Clinic team as a Healthcare Assistant and help make healthcare more accessible for students in our community.
In this role, you'll support both clinical and administrative services, helping create a positive experience for patients while assisting providers with daily clinic operations.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
What You'll Do
• Welcome and assist students, families, and patients
• Take and record vital signs
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during visits
• Document patient information in the electronic medical record
• Schedule appointments and support patient check-in/check-out
• Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
• Help maintain clean, organized, and stocked exam rooms
• Support clinic operations through data entry, recordkeeping, and teamwork

What We're Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and excellent service
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
