Keep the Emergency Department Connected. Join the Emergency Department day team as a Unit Secretary and help support the communication and coordination that keeps patient care moving in a fast-paced environment.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Unit Director and Charge RN, the Unit Secretary facilitates patient care through the performance of vital aspects of verbal and written communication .
Working alongside nurses and other members of the emergency care team, you’ll help support effective communication throughout the department while contributing to an organized and efficient patient care environment.

Qualifications
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Training: Medical Terminology I & II: Preferred
• BLS: Preferred
• Computer & Keyboard Skills: Preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
