You will assist with quality improvement initiatives, patient service recovery efforts, and process improvement activities designed to improve access, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
You will support compliance with organizational policies, infection prevention practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while helping maintain a survey-ready environment.
This position will continue to participate in direct patient care activities, clinical support functions, and coordination of care between specialty clinics and ancillary departments as needed.
