As a Patient Accounts Collector, you'll support revenue cycle success by managing accounts receivable, insurance follow-up, and reimbursement activities.
What You'll Do
Monitor insurance accounts receivable
Follow up on unpaid claims and denials
Investigate reimbursement issues
Work assigned collection accounts
Process credit balance resolutions
Respond to patient billing inquiries
Maintain account documentation
Collaborate with payers and staff
Support reimbursement activities
Promote financial performance
