Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Decision Unit (CDU)
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off

The Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Willis Knighton Bossier is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment, caring for a variety of patients, and working alongside a supportive team.

About CDU
Our Clinical Decision Unit specializes in caring for observation patients who require short-term monitoring, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment while disposition decisions are being made. Every day brings something new, making CDU an exciting place to learn, grow, and make a difference.
Nurses work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient patient flow, excellent clinical outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
Current Louisiana RN License
BLS Certification Required
Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient care
