Your Role as a Nursing Assistant:
• Patient Care : Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and record patients’ vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Mobility Assistance : Help patients with mobility, including turning, positioning, and transferring.
• Patient Comfort : Ensure patient comfort by providing clean linens, adjusting beds, and responding promptly to call lights.
• Support Nursing Staff : Assist nurses with medical procedures and provide support during patient care activities.
• Documentation : Accurately document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
