Job description
Home Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for our increasing patient population. Med-Surg experience is required, with Home Health experience preferred. Excellent assessment skills are essential as the Home Health nurse works independently in the field.
Our patient population is diverse, and we treat a wide variety of diagnoses. Interpersonal communication is essential, as you will be working with a large interdisciplinary team of prudent professionals.
The average assignment is seven to eight patients per day. The salary is competitive and includes mileage reimbursement. The candidate can expect to work approximately every third weekend and be part of an after-hour call rotation.
