Position Summary
Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.

• 🏥 Department: Medical Unit
• ☀️ Shift: Days
• ⏰ Schedule: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM | Two 12-hour shifts per week
• 🕒 Status: Part-Time | 24 hours/week
• 🩺 Role Focus: Direct patient care, basic physical care, comfort measures and maintaining a safe and organized patient environment

Join our Medical Unit team and work alongside nurses and other clinical professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to patients throughout their hospital stay.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
🎓 Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high school specialized training preferred

📋 Licensure & Certification
• Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
• BLS required
