Facilitator

Job description

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings
• Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation
• Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments
• Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies
• Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable
• Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Experience in a customer service role (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
