Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our senior cooperative team at Gramercy Lake Shore Drive in Richfield, MN! This position, under the direction of the Multi-site Property Manager, assists with the daily administration and operations of the Independent Living Community, with a primary focus on administrative and office functions, resident services, and customer support. Serves as a key resource for residents, families, vendors, and visitors by providing exceptional service, supporting operational processes, and helping to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-organized community environment.
This assistant property manager schedule includes;
• 80 hours every two weeks
• Full time; Day shift
• Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
• No weekends

Responsibilities:
• Supports the daily administration and operations of the Independent Living community by assisting with financial, administrative, and resident service functions. Coordinates resident and property documentation, maintains community management systems and records, oversees office operations and supplies, and provides support for reception services to ensure a professional and responsive experience for residents, guests, and vendors. Assists with community communications and website administration to support efficient operations and resident engagement.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for residents by responding to inquiries, concerns, and community-related matters in a timely and professional manner. Supports resident onboarding, unit alteration requests, compliance with community rules and regulations, and resident account follow-up activities while fostering positive resident relations through exceptional customer service, communication, and engagement.
• Coordinates and supports community committees, resident initiatives, and association activities by providing administrative support, facilitating communication, and assisting with the planning and execution of community meetings, events, and projects. Serves as a liaison between residents, committees, and community leadership to promote engagement, ensure effective communication, and support the successful operation of community programs and governance activities.
• Maintains accurate, organized, and confidential community records by managing resident, vendor, contractor, and building documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ensures community information, records, and communications are current and accessible while safeguarding the confidentiality of resident, employee, and community-related information.
• Supports resident communication and engagement by creating and distributing community communications, event calendars, and informational materials that keep residents informed, connected, and engaged in community life.

Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of previous experience with property management
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, e-mail, and office equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Vocational/Technical Training or
• Associate Degree
