Job Summary
This leader has operational accountability and oversight, and manages the daily activities of multiple service lines at multiple ambulatory sites, which can include Outpatient Rehabilitation, Urgent Care, Outpatient Radiology, Outpatient Laboratory, and/or registration. This leader is also responsible for assisting with operations and growth-related projects. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring successful completion of teamwork tasks, projects, and responsibilities in support of departmental and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
• Require a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
• Require a minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
