This role translates marketing strategy and organizational objectives into innovative, multi-platform creative solutions that strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences, and support growth. Working collaboratively with Creative Services leadership, Marketing Managers, internal stakeholders, and external production partners, the Senior Graphic Designer leads projects from concept through final execution while ensuring quality, consistency, compliance, and alignment with established brand standards.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsApplicants for this position should demonstrate advanced design expertise, strategic thinking, strong collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple creative projects in a dynamic healthcare environment.Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is required.Three or more years of professional graphic design experience is required, including advanced design skills and a strong portfolio of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is required.Solid working proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required to support cross-functional communication with internal clients.Serves as a trusted creative consultant, translating business and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions that strengthen the Community Health Network brand across primary and specialty care service lines.Leads the design and production of multi-platform marketing materials from concept through final execution, balancing priorities, deadlines, budgets, compliance requirements, and production specifications.Partners with Creative Services leadership, Marketing Managers, internal stakeholders, agencies, and digital communication teams to develop cohesive campaigns for provider launches, service line promotions, facility openings, caregiver engagement, and corporate initiatives.Maintains brand consistency and creative quality across communication channels while overseeing external agencies, freelancers, printers, and production vendors and supporting events, sponsorships, and community outreach efforts.Applies advanced Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficiency, generative AI tools, critical thinking, and awareness of emerging design trends to improve creative output, workflows, and audience engagement.
