New graduate nurses are welcomed through our Nurse Residency Program and comprehensive 14-week orientation designed to help you build confidence and succeed in your role.
Our unit is supported by dedicated unit clerks and nursing assistants, allowing nurses to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We are also committed to maintaining a manageable workload with a staffing goal of one nurse for every three patients.
