Job description
The Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Heart & Vascular Institute. The primary assignment area will be neurovascular. Cross-training on other vascular procedures for learning and support is expected. The applicant will be a part of a team and work in various roles such as circulating, scrub assist, and recording/monitoring. Some specific tasks include moderate sedation management, medication administration, operating a variety of procedural equipment, documentation of procedure data, and pre- and post- procedure patient care. We are seeking energetic, motivated team players with exceptional clinical skills, a willingness to learn and a positive demeanor. Cardiac, peripheral or neurovascular interventional experience is a plus. The position is best suited for a RN with experience in high acuity patient care. An appropriate orientation is provided based on your experience. Must be able to take ON CALL assignments.
