Job description
Come join our 5 West team! We are a 23-bed medical surgical unit that welcomes new graduates who are motivated to expand their nursing knowledge. We have a wonderful, experienced team of nurses, physicians, and support staff that are eager to share their wealth of knowledge.
Our unit offers a twelve-week orientation with an experienced preceptor. In addition, Willis Knighton is proud to offer a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates. Experienced nurses are provided an orientation based on their experience and level of comfort. Our nurse patient ratio is 1:5 with support staff available for a strong continuity of care.
