Job description
The Willis Knighton Home Health Department is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our experienced team of rehabilitation professionals serving patients throughout the Shreveport/Bossier City area.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence following illness, injury, hospitalization, or a change in functional status.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team of therapy and healthcare professionals while having the independence to manage your daily patient care responsibilities. We are looking for a therapist who is self-motivated, compassionate, adaptable, and an excellent communicator, with a genuine commitment to helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

Position Expectations
• Full-time Physical Therapist position
• Minimum of 30 home health visits per week
• Participation in a rotating weekend coverage schedule
• Independent management of assigned patients and daily responsibilities
• Completion of clinical documentation using an electronic medical record
Qualifications
• Current or eligible Louisiana Physical Therapist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable using computers and electronic clinical documentation
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
