Weekend Incentive Program with Benefits (WIB) are Registered Nurses who are willing to commit to twelve (12) out of thirteen (13) weekends. This program will include a benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as benefit time, retirement benefits and more. Weekends shall be defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift.
Weekend Incentive Program Without Benefits (WIP) are Registered Nurses who are willing to commit to working three (3) out of four (4) weekends. This program will include a premium pay rate. Weekends shall be defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift.
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team.
Requirements
• Current NJ licensed RN
• BLS through American Heart Association and NRP
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• Circulate and postpartum/newborn care experience
• 3 years’ experience in Labor and Delivery
• Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods with the ability to lift, push and pull
