Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program Sponsorship
Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) Pathway – January 2027 Start
This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into a Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) program and will begin classes in September 2026 . Through Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their RRT education.

1. Personal Statement
Please tell us:
• Why you are interested in becoming a RRT
• Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program
2. Letter(s) of Recommendation
Current BHS Employees
• One letter of recommendation from your current manager
Non-BHS Applicants
• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers
3. Proof of Program Acceptance
• Documentation confirming your acceptance into a RRT program beginning in January 2027
