Location Details
• Location: 25 Hospital Center Blvd Hilton Head, South Carolina 29926
• Schedule: Full Time
• Shift: Monday through Friday, working 3–4 shifts per week with 10-hour shifts. Staggered shift options include 8:00 AM–6:30 PM, 9:00 AM–7:30 PM, and 10:00 AM–8:30 PM. The position also includes a rotating on-call schedule, with call responsibilities shared among a team of five nurses.

What You'll Do
• Monitor patient recovery and identify post-operative complications
• Administer medications and treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For
• Education:
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience:
• One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
