Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Orthopedic and Spine Clinic in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: At CMH Orthopedic & Spine Center, our board certified physicians, physician assistants and qualified staff administer the care you need.
Our practices and procedures include:
• Hip and knee replacements
• Back surgery
• Neck surgery
• Shoulder disease
• Hand and micro-vascular surgery
• Elbow surgery
• Knee arthroscopy
• ACL reconstruction

As a Registered Nurse you will be:
• Prepping instruments, patient intake and assessments, assisting providers with procedures in clinic
• Providing patient education, patient follow-up and or case management, prior authorizations
• Inventory management, phone triaging, medical records requests, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:
Education: Completion of an accredited program (Registered Nurse)
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in the clinic setting (strongly preferred) or 4 hours of job shadowing in our clinic (required).
Skills: Communication, confidence, empathy, professionalism, critical thinking, patient assessment, self-discipline, integrity, and willingness to learn.
Licensure/Certification: Active Missouri License as a Registered Nurse
Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
