Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Specialist to join our Population Health team in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details
• Status: Full Time
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: Mon -Fri, 8: 00a.m - 4: 30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like: A typical day is focused on partnering with clinics and insurance payers to help patients receive needed care, close care gaps, and improve overall health outcomes.
As a Specialist, you will be:
• Reviewing payer lists to identify patients due for wellness and chronic care visits
• Coordinating with clinic teams to help get patients scheduled
• Managing and maintaining accurate, organized payer-specific spreadsheets
• Submitting required documentation to insurance payers to support care gap closure

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical
Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking
Licensure/Certification: N/A
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
