Novant Health Pediatrics Mint Hill is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Ambulatory!
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, no weekends
Join Novant Health Pediatrics Mint Hill as a Registered Nurse Ambulatory and help provide compassionate, personalized care to patients. You’ll work alongside a collaborative clinical team while building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their care journey.
This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience working with pediatrics patients or in a medical office setting, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do
• Triage patients and assess symptoms to determine the urgency of care needs
• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Administer vaccines following proper protocols.
• Perform blood work, including finger sticks; venipuncture is preferred but not required.
• Collaborate closely with the physician during patient care.
• Assist the RN with managing tasks in the in-basket system.

What We're Looking For
• Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience : One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification :
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT, preferred.
