Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the physical therapist
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support ongoing recovery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient and staff safety

Skills and Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Missouri
• Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
