Build and Grow Your Practice on Florida's Gulf Coast
Generous sign-on bonus available
Nemours Children's Health welcomes J-1 waiver candidates
Nemours Children's Health is seeking Pediatric Otolaryngologists to join its growing pediatric specialty network in Pensacola, Florida.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established Pediatric ENT program in a high-demand regional market serving Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama. With strong referral demand, limited access to fellowship-trained pediatric ENT care, and the support of Nemours Children's Health, the incoming physician can build a busy practice quickly while helping shape the future of pediatric otolaryngology across the region.
Through its partnership with Studer Family Children's Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart, Nemours serves as a major pediatric referral destination for the Gulf Coast. Physicians benefit from a large regional referral base, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the resources of a nationally recognized pediatric health system.
Candidates may develop a broad pediatric otolaryngology practice or pursue focused interests in areas such as pediatric otology and hearing restoration, airway disorders, sleep surgery, head and neck disease, or congenital conditions.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
• Established referral network across Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama
• Significant unmet demand for Pediatric ENT services
• Opportunity to develop a busy practice from day one
• Freedom to build a subspecialty focus aligned with your interests
• More than 120 pediatric specialists representing over 30 specialties
• Academic affiliation with Florida State University College of Medicine
• Opportunities for teaching, quality improvement, and research
• Ability to help shape the future growth of pediatric ENT services in the region
