Join a Physician-Led Orthopedic Practice in Jacksonville, Florida
Rizk Orthopedics is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Total Joint Replacement Orthopedic Surgeon to join its private practice in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a unique opportunity to join a physician-led practice with a strong reputation in the community, a collaborative culture and the opportunity to build a long-term career with significant professional autonomy.
With three clinic locations throughout the Jacksonville metro area, surgeons have operating privileges at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside as well as the flexibility to operate at other facilities and hospital locations throughout the area.
How you’ll make an impact in this role
Opportunity Highlights
• Private practice opportunity with significant professional autonomy
• Open to new graduates and experienced surgeons
• Three clinic days and two OR days per week
• General call opportunities available, if interested
• Flexibility to operate at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside and other facilities throughout the Jacksonville area
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Current team includes two physicians and two APPs
• Initial one-year income guarantee, followed by a productivity-based compensation model
• Low-overhead structure with strong earning potential

Practice Growth & Business Opportunities
• Partnership opportunity with no buy-in required
• Opportunities for ancillary income, including but not limited to DME, real estate and other practice-related ventures
• Ability to develop additional referral relationships and practice growth opportunities
• Workers’ compensation and medical-legal opportunities, if interested

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
• Required Credential(s):
• Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
• Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.

Work Experience
• None required.
