Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Residency (12‑Month Program)

Berkshire Health Systems is recruiting for a 12‑month Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (ONMM) Residency, designed for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine–trained physicians (D.O.) seeking advanced, hands‑on training in OMM and whole‑person, osteopathic‑centered care.
As a three‑hospital health system with dozens of outpatient clinics, including 12 Primary Care sites across Berkshire County, BHS offers an exceptional environment for immersive ONMM training. Our network includes Berkshire Osteopathic Health, a Pittsfield‑based Primary Care clinic built specifically around Osteopathic principles and OMM‑focused practice — providing residents with a uniquely supportive and osteopathically aligned clinical home.
Program Highlights
• Advanced OMM Training -Work directly with experienced Osteopathic physicians across inpatient and outpatient settings, developing high‑level neuromusculoskeletal diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Attend several local CME level courses in Biodynamics embedded into the didactic curriculum
• Full‑Spectrum Clinical Experience -Care for patients across all levels of disease severity — from routine outpatient visits to complex inpatient cases.
