Position Summary:
NeighborHealth is seeking an experienced Organizational Development & Learning Partner to serve as a strategic partner in employee learning and development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce development. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional with expertise in learning and development, organizational development, program management, education, workforce development, and relationship management.
The role will work closely with the Senior HR Manager, CHRO, organizational leaders, academic institutions, community organizations, and workforce partners to develop and coordinate programs that strengthen employee capabilities, support organizational priorities, and build the future healthcare workforce.
What You'll Do
The Organizational Development & Learning Partner will lead and coordinate learning and organizational development initiatives while supporting leadership development, workforce pipelines, and ETI operations.
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve an organization-wide learning and development strategy aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with leaders and departments to identify learning, professional development, and workforce development needs.
• Develop, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate employee and leadership development programs.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager, CHRO, and organizational stakeholders on learning and workforce development priorities.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, team effectiveness workshops, and department development initiatives.
• Support new employee orientation, onboarding, mandatory education, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources, and Learning Management System (LMS) content.
• Use participant feedback and program data to evaluate and continuously improve learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure ETI technology, audiovisual equipment, computers, and training resources are maintained and operational.
• Design, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs for new, emerging, frontline, and mid-level leaders.
• Develop competency-based learning pathways for leaders, clinical staff, and non-clinical employees.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, behavior change, and organizational outcomes.
• Assist departments in identifying workforce capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Serve as an internal organizational development consultant to leaders throughout the organization.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend evidence-based organizational interventions.
• Facilitate leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, and team development workshops.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and subject matter experts to coordinate clinical education initiatives.
• Coordinate continuing education activities and maintain educational records where applicable.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
• Three to Five years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, talent management, workforce development, or healthcare education.
• Minimum of two years leading organization-wide initiatives, programs, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience in healthcare required.
• Experience designing leadership development programs and experience with facilitation and executive presentation skills required
