We are seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our team Part-Time in Charleston, WV , where you will provide high-quality medical care and contribute to our mission of enhancing patient health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Qualifications:
• Valid NP or PA license in West Virginia
• 7+ years of experience for Family Medicine preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
• Dedication to community-focused care and ongoing professional growth
