Job description
We’re opening the doors to a brand-new Medical-Surgical unit at Willis Knighton Bossier, and we’re looking for passionate Nurse Techs ready to help build something special from the ground up!
We are seeking energetic, compassionate, and hard-working individuals to join our 25-bed Med-Surg unit on the night shift . This is a 12-hour shift from 1845 to 0715 , with a rotating schedule and every other weekend off .
As a Nurse Tech, you’ll play a vital role in patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Taking vital signs
• Assisting patients with personal care
• Turning and repositioning patients
• Transporting patients
• Responding promptly to call lights

• A self-starter who can prioritize tasks and work independently
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Someone who is passionate about making a difference in patient care.
Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude!
