Summary
The primary role of the Manager Nursing, within the Network, is to achieve the goals and objectives of the department through the development of a new partnership between team members, physicians, and the Network that is consistent with the values and the Mission and Vision of the Community Health Network.
Education
Required: 2 year / Associate Degree - Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
License and Certification
Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) ~ within three (3) years from hire: Certification in relevant specialty or nursing administration
Experience
Required: 5+ years: Five (5) years experience with a minimum of three (3) years of management/leadership experience
