Job description

The Maintenance Tech III — Master Plumbe r serves as a subject matter expert, project manager, and technical leader for the department. Frequently takes on leadership responsibilities. This can include overseeing complex projects, training Tech 1 and Tech 2 staff, and communicating with management or outside vendors. works independently, manages complex, high-level troubleshooting. Specialized training, advanced certifications
Education — High School Diploma required
Certification: License Master Plumber
Experience Requirements:
Experience in another health care facility desirable.
Computer experience needed.
PLC knowledge desirable.
Knowledge of chillers desirable.
Must have good working knowledge of current city, state, federal, NFPA and TJC regulations relating applicable codes.
Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manufacturer’s manuals, troubleshooting charts and procedures.
