Job description
The Human Resources Onboarding Specialist is responsible for new employee on boarding ensuring all proper documentation is received prior to hire, tracked and filed accordingly.
Must be very organized, process and detail-oriented and have the ability to stay focused. Exceptional internal & external customer service skills and ability to work autonomously and multitask required.
High School Diploma (GED) required with Bachelors preferred.
Experience in Human Resources and HR computer programs preferred.
