Overview
NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Lead Pharmacy Technician- Prepacking to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, Al.
The L ead Pharmacy Technician-Prepacking shall be responsible for the following in addition to normal Prepack Technician Duties:
• Being the primary point of contact/liaison for pre-pack questions or concerns from other areas
• Preparing the daily duty schedule for other pre-pack technicians
• Managing the repacking process
• Training of other technicians on equipment and processes
• Keeping the shelves stocked
• Moving bulk product from the warehouse to the pre-pack staging area for pre-packing
• Helping to track production for the repacking process
• Managing technicians to stay focused between job assignments
• Keeping the packing area clean and orderly
• Making sure pre-pack areas are scanned monthly for date product/cards

Position Requirements:
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting or related field such as wholesale, drug, or medical supply distribution.
• Active registration as a technician with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification is a plus.
