Expected pay for this position is $19.96 - $22.18/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Lead Food Service Worker assists in planning, production, inventory, compliance, and directs actions of others. The Lead Food Service Worker leads workflow of the dietary functions in the Leader’s absence. The Lead Food Service Worker is a working position and may fulfill duties of dietary staff.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: One year food service experience.
Licensure/Certification: Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment Current IL Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC) or Food Manager certifications obtained from an ANSI accredited exam provider (ServSafe, Prometric, NRFSP,360training, and StateFoodSafety within 90 days of employment Allergen Certification within 90 days of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work well in a team environment Computer experience.
