Job Summary
Performs a wide variety of tasks and duties related to housekeeping.
Performance: Position Specific Essential Functions
• Demonstrates accurate knowledge and skills to carry out job duties. Follows departmental and hospital policies and procedures concerning proper disinfection of the environment.
• Demonstrate accurate knowledge and skill to operate cleaning equipment. Follows departmental procedures concerning proper care and maintenance and immediately report problems. Consistently take good care of the equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
• Preferred
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

Experience:
• Preferred
• One year of hospitality, food service, or housekeeping experience

Certification/Licensure:
• Required
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• May be required for some positions
