Job description
• Work Dates Needed: Oct- Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430p) w call
• Min 2weeks per month of availability required to be considered
• Pager Call: 1:3
• Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
• Scope of Work:
• Trauma II
• Avg 15 ppd outpatient
• New patients: 2ppd
• 60m new patient / 30m follow up
• APP supervision
• Avg admissions on call: 2.5 inpatient per day
• 3 APPs onsite (8a-430p)
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA preferred, IMLC accepted w LOQ, BC (must be BC in medical oncology or hem/onc, will not accept hem only or IM); DEA, CSR, drive in candidates preferred
• EMR: Epic
