Job description
• Work Dates Needed: ASAP- Ongoing
• Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) / two days per week
• No weekends
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient
• Willard Correction Facility
• Scope of Work:
• Manage general cardiology needs at correctional ward
• Average 10ppd
• Potential need for support at various DOC sites within CT via UConn Health
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CT license preferred, IMLC accepted with LOQ, BC, DEA/CSR, drive in candidates preferred, clean files preferred for temps
• EMR: Epic
