• 7 physicians and 5 highly experienced Advance Practice Providers
• Model is for the APPs to manage the clinic with a physician on site
• Physicians have 1 day clinic, 3 Scope Days and 1 Admin Day
• Teaching opportunity with Marian School of Medicine (DO)
• Must be BC/BE
• Epic EMR
