Job description
Outpatient Pediatrics
No Weekends, No Rounding
Position Highlights :
• Work-Life Balance: 8am - 5pm with no weekends, no newborn nursery and no inpatient responsibilities
• Desirable Practice Setting: Join a well-established pediatric practice with room to grow, part of a nonprofit community organization serving central Indiana
• Ideal Work Environment: Outpatient-only clinic with manageable daily schedule, reserved same day-sick slots and a mix of well-child and acute visits.
• Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call with nurse triage line answering first and routing only when needed
• Culture & Support: A collaborative team of pediatricians and midlevels with 1:1 MA support
Compensation & Benefits :
• Competitive Compensation: $270,000 starting base, with room to grow
• Additional Bonus Incentives: wRVU incentives on top of base
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible for PSLF and NHSC loan repayment

Qualifications :
• Degree: MD/DO
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure: Indiana License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Skillset: Passion for general pediatrics, from newborns to adolescents
• Experience: All levels welcome, from new graduates to experienced physicians
