• Locations: Jamestown, Thorntown, Zionsville
• Full-time
• Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/ week. Monday Friday
• Call: Shared, an average of 1:12-1:13 Jamestown and Zionsville
• Call: Shared, an average of 1:13-1:14 Thorntown
• Base compensation: $250,000 + $15,000 quality incentive + productivity
• Due to community growth/need
• Outpatient
• Must be BE/BC
• Hospital employed
• Teaching opportunities available if desired with Marian University
• Average patients per day
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
