Job description

This position exists to support the clinical and business direction of assigned units/cost centers with an emphasis on the strategic planning and business development, clinical outcomes, quality management and excellence in customer service. The position provides the leadership and direction to develop, recommend and implement programs, policies, procedures and standards. The position reports to the VP of Nursing/CNO of the hospital.
