We're looking for a leader who brings initiative, emotional intelligence, strong prioritization, coaching ability, creativity, conflict-resolution skills, and a desire to continue learning and growing. Previous leadership or Assistant Nurse Manager experience is preferred.
What You'll Do
• Provide frontline leadership and support for nursing team member through partnership with the Nurse Manager
• Support patient safety, quality initiatives, rounding, admissions and discharges
• Address patient concerns and support service recovery
• Coach team members and navigate difficult conversations
• Identify team needs and proactively step in to close gaps
• Help launch and evaluate new clinical technologies and workflows
• Support quality initiatives involving areas such as Foley catheters and central lines
• Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For
• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
• BSN, preferred.
• Graduate Degree, preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
• Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
