Job Overview
The Sanctuary of St. Cloud is an affordable, friendly senior living community. We are located near Highway 10 and County 23 in St. Cloud, MN. Our beautiful community hosts 101 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care apartments. Our residents enjoy worry-free living in a warm and friendly community with services to meet their individual needs.
The Dimensions Program Coordinator accountable for implementing the Dimensions Program, encouraging participation and ownership from all staff. Manages and supervises the programmatic, physical and educational operations of Dimensions Community in meeting the resident's/family's needs and expectations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provides education to staff/families to adequately equip them to interact effectively with residents experiencing dementia.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Support
• Lead and support staff, volunteers, and students within the Dimensions community.
• Partner with the Director of Health Services on staffing, employee orientation, training, and staff development.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help the team deliver quality resident care.

Resident Engagement & Programming
• Plan and coordinate engaging activities and programs based on residents’ interests, needs, and abilities.
• Develop the monthly Dimensions activity calendar in collaboration with the Activities Director.
• Encourage resident participation while promoting independence and quality of life.
• Ensure programming supplies and resources are available and activities are carried out effectively.

Dimensions Dementia Care Program
• Serve as the site’s Dimensions Champion , promoting best practices for supporting people living with dementia.
• Coach staff and volunteers on person-centered approaches and meaningful resident engagement.
• Collaborate with nursing and other care team members to support individualized resident care plans.
• Utilize non-pharmacological approaches such as music, aromatherapy, and massage to enhance resident well-being.
• Support the Dimensions environment and Care Partner Support Group.

Resident & Family Experience
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
• Respond to resident and family concerns and help identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in resident/family tours and support efforts to maintain strong community occupancy.

Program Development & Collaboration
• Evaluate resident needs and program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director, nursing, and other departments to provide a coordinated resident experience.
• Bring new ideas and innovative programming opportunities to the leadership team.

Transportation & Safety
• Safely transport residents to community outings using the Ebenezer van/bus.
• Follow all transportation, safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Complete required vehicle and transportation documentation and promptly report safety concerns or incidents.

Required Qualifications
• 1 year One to Three Years
• MS Office
• High level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults
• Drivers License Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
• Must be insurable under the employer’s/communities Auto Insurance Coverage
• Medical Exam Certification
• Must be at least 18-years old
• Must complete and pass in-house transportation curriculum course and pass driving evaluation. within 30 Days

Preferred Qualifications
• A.A./A.S. Associate Degree
• 3 years Three to Five Years
