Location: Novant Health Coastal Carolina Medical Center
Status: Full Time
Schedule: 4 10 hour shifts/week - 0730-1800

What You'll Do
• Assist the surgical team with preparing patients before surgical procedures.
• Transport patients safely to and from the operating room and recovery areas.
• Position patients for procedures while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Support room setup and turnover between cases to promote efficient surgical operations.
• Stock and organize surgical supplies, equipment, and linens.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized perioperative environment.

What We're Looking For
• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:
• One year preferred.
• One year Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.
• Licensure/Certification:
• Completion of NAI program, required.
• Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
• Medication Safety - AME, required.
• NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
