Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program Sponsorship
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Pathway – January 2027 Start
This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program and will begin classes in January 2027 . Through the Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their nursing education.
Application Requirements
Please submit:
• A completed application
• An up-to-date resume

In addition, please email the following documents to [email protected] :
1. Personal Statement
Please tell us:
• Why you are interested in becoming a nurse
• Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program

2. Letter(s) of Recommendation
Current BHS Employees
• One letter of recommendation from your current manager

Non-BHS Applicants
• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers

3. Proof of Program Acceptance
• Documentation confirming your acceptance into an ADN program beginning in January 2027
