Aspiring & New Special Education Teachers (Possible Relocation Assistance)
Woods Services is seeking passionate, emerging educators ready to launch a rewarding career in Special Education in Langhorne, Pennsylvania (nearby Philadelphia, PA). Salary: Starting at $52,500 / Annually

Job Details
• Location: Langhorne, Pennsylvania (Full-Time)
• Travel Requirements: Open to candidates willing to relocate from Puerto Rico (Recruitment & interview flexibility provided)
• Minimum Requirement: A bachelor’s degree in any field

Our recruiting team is ready to discuss your unique background and map out your personalized pathway into the classroom.
Responsibilities
• Assess functioning levels to develop and implement individualized educational and behavioral objectives.
• Write functional educational goals aligned with student needs, IEP/IHP/ISP guidelines, and federal, state, and company policies.
• Prepare and implement daily written lesson plans and tailored teaching techniques.
• Track student progress using objective data collection and approved monitoring systems.
• Direct and coach classroom staff and instructional aides.
• Design and implement individual student behavioral programs.
• Manage adaptive/assistive equipment and devices.
• Provide direct student care, including feeding, toileting, positioning, and transportation assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in IEP meetings to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Complete all required paperwork in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
