Job description

We are seeking a double-boarded Pain Management Physician/Anesthesiologist for a permanent role with a highly innovative, growing, and respected physician-owned practice. This practice has multiple valley-wide clinic locations, plus an ASC. This role offers exceptional earning potential on top of the base salary.
Location: Phoenix Metro area, AZ

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct-Hire
Base Salary: $300K Base on top of multiple streams of bonuses, total comp, depending on the physician, could approach 7-figures. Calculation details will be provided during the interview process.
• If met, the bonus(es) could double+ the base; bonus(es) determined by several factors but are not guaranteed
• Candidates bringing an established patient following are preferred

Schedule:
• M-F, 8:00a-4:00p
• No weekends, no calls
