Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring an Activities Director to join our Activities Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.
Position Details

What Your Day Looks Like: Parkview Health Care Facility (PVHCF) is a 78-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 15-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
As an Activities Director, you will be:
• Assuring the residents’ safety during outings and activities
• Actively working with residents to meet established care plan goals
• Working with volunteer coordinator to schedule and utilize auxiliary volunteers effectively
• Working with community resources to provide meaningful activities of interest to the residents of the designated facility

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in recreation or related field
Experience: NA
Skills: NA
Licensure/Certification: Certified Activity Director or Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist, Full CPR within 6 months of employment
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 60% of the day and sitting with resident for the remaining 40%
